11th edition book of math problems and concepts for studying engineers bound in a leather traveling case. This book was allegedly carried by a Confederate soldier (related to Ellen Ingold McDowell McIntyre) in his knapsack during the Civil War. After Ellen McIntyre's death in 2024, the book was inherited by her granddaughter Addison Rebecca McDowell.
